Torino, Italy, 6-14 November 2010

EMN is holding its international workshop “Create and Share your Digital Media” which will focus on fostering creativity and promoting active citizenship and social inclusion with digital media and the Web 2.0 for November 2010. The goal of the workshop is to promote young people's, in particular young people at risk of social exclusion, active citizenship and social inclusion through the creative use of digital media in a non-formal learning environment.  Click here for a complete website dedicated to the 2010 Create and Share Workshop

 

The participants will be engaged in exploring, discussing and developing a critical understanding of the issues of Democracy; Identity and Citizenship; Media Ethics Media and Social Inclusion. They will be coached in planning and producing short digital media on the above issues, in a variety of genres which reflects the best practices implemented by EMN in the last four years: table top animation; stop motion animation; reportage; documentary; 3 camera fiction.
